As principal at Margaret Wills, I have the distinct pleasure of seeing our students grow academically and socially.  Each day, we uphold a standard of excellence and truly believe in showing our Eagle PRIDE in all that we do.  We are an ACE campus which allows our students who successfully complete the 5^th grade at Wills and advance academically through Sam Houston  or Austin Middle School and graduate from Tascosa High School to attend WTAMU or AC free provided that the students meet the qualifications of A/B average, 90% attendance and excellent behavior.  It is our commitment to ensure that our students are prepared for success beyond high school. 

Personally, I am a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and West Texas A & M University.  I have been with AISD since my first year of teaching- a total of 23 years.  During these years, I have been associated with all clusters in AISD.  I have served as a principal for the district for 10 years, and have been a principal at Wills for 2 years.  Through teaching and campus administration, it is my best estimate that I have been a part of the education of over 10,000 students. 

My personal pledge to each student, each parent and community member is to serve the students that I reach with a commitment to excellence in education and character.  Together, we will reach all of our highest goals, standards and objectives in order to positively impact today and numerous years and generations to come.
